SpaceX: July 2021 Archives



After its successful parachute-assisted splashdown off the coast of Tallahassee, Florida, at 11:29 p.m. EST on July 9, 2021, the cargo Dragon spacecraft was loaded aboard SpaceX's Go Navigator recovery ship.


Thomas Pesquet: This is over 2000 kg of science samples and equipment returning to the ground. Dragon is packed and ready to leave for Earth, scientist's can't wait!


NASA astronaut and Expedition 65 Flight Engineer Shane Kimbrough loads a Polar science freezer filled with critical research samples inside the SpaceX Cargo Dragon resupply ship for retrieval and analysis back on Earth.
