Late Monday United Launch Alliance (ULA) issued a statement in response to the legal action SpaceX said it would pursue with respect to the recent Evolved Expendable Launch Vehicle (EELV) launch contract awarded to ULA.

A United Launch Alliance (ULA) Atlas V rocket carrying a payload for the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) lifted off from Space Launch Complex-41 on April 10 at 1:45 p.m. EDT. Designated NROL-67, the mission is in support of national defense.

A United Launch Alliance Atlas V rolled out to Space Launch Complex-41 today with the National Reconnaissance Office (NROL-67) classified satellite. Launch is set for tomorrow at 1:45 p.m. EDT.

Everything is progressing for the Air Force's DMSP-19 launch. The mission is set to liftoff on a ULA Atlas V rocket on Thursday, April 3 from Space Launch Complex 3 at Vandenberg Air Force Base in California at 7:46 a.m. PDT. The forecast shows a 90 percent chance of favourable weather conditions for launch.
